The three winners of the inaugural William M. LeoGrande Prize and Award for best books on Latin American politics and U.S.-Latin American relations will present on their award-winning work on Mexican migration, politics, and identity. Join authors Todd Eisenstadt of SPA, Alexandra Délano of the New School, and José Ángel Hernández of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst for a conversation on the intersecting themes of their three books. The LeoGrande Prize and Award were established to promote and recognize excellent scholarship on Latin America and U.S.-Latin American relations at American University and throughout the hemisphere. The event is sponsored by the School of Public Affairs and the Center for Latin American and Latino Studies.
