For the fourth year in a row, local environmental nonprofit Bethesda Green is hosting its Fields of Green Internship Fair, scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 9.
An annual event, the Fields of Green Internship Fair is designed to connect Washington, D.C., area undergraduate and graduate students with jobs in the "green," or environmental, field. Fair attendees can meet with employers to discuss a variety of paid and unpaid internships, as well as jobs, in field-based work, engineering, science, technology, advocacy, policy, and education.
Of the more-than-two-dozen employers who will attend the internship fair, the list includes Living Classrooms, Department of Environmental Protection, Rock Creek Conservancy, Chesapeake Bay Trust, and other organizations and companies.
If attending the fair, arrive in professional dress and bring a resume or any other resources that could assist you during an interview. For more information about the fair, visit www.bethesdagreen.org.
