Johanna Mendelson-Forman will be hosting a small conference entitled Conflict Cuisines: Food as a Driver of Peace and Conflict. This conference will be a chance for her to bring in speakers related to gastrodiplomacy and allow some of the undergraduate students participating in her Senior Capstone Course, "Conflict Cuisines," a chance to share some of their research.
