Event Series: Green on the Screen
This course is required to gain access to the online space request form and to edit events on the Master Calendar. The program is designed for anyone on campus who requests space for events, meetings, or class-related activities scheduled in event space. Topics include: instructions for completing the space request form for the purposes of requesting space and posting to the Master Calendar, guidelines for posting events to the Master Calendar, and processes for making changes to events before and after the event has been confirmed. The course is open to faculty, staff and graduate level assistants (undergraduate assistants may attend the training on a case-by-case basis). The training is scheduled to last an hour.
