State Executive Order 12372 (State Single Point of Contact/Intergovernmental Review):
**The DC State Single Point of Contact follows the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA), which publishes the list of programs requiring review. Often the need to comply with Executive Order 12372 will be listed as a requirement in the grant application guidelines provided by the federal funding agency. Contact OSP if you have questions. OSP will submit the State Single Point of Contact review request as part of the proposal submission. It is important to determine as early as possible whether a program falls under this to ensure compliance.
