Internal Academic Record
An internal academic record is an uncertified copy of your student academic record. It is designed to show the same information as your Official Transcript, but is printed by you and does not carry the Registrar's seal or signature.
What are the benefits of Internal Academic Record?
- The Internal Academic Record provides you with a place to view your current GPA, all the courses you have taken, as well as those for which you are currently registered.
- It is helpful for internal purposes, such as applying for an internship, to show the types of courses you have taken to apply for a research grant, or perhaps to show that you have met a minimum GPA requirement.
- Internal Academic Records are available 24/7 through this direct link on the portal, myau.american.edu (portal login required).
- Official Transcripts CANNOT be sent by email or faxed.
Current students may obtain an Internal Academic Record through this direct link on the portal, myau.american.edu (portal login required).
