Computational Genomics

What's in a genome? This course investigates the different components of genomes, from DNA to proteins, and the recent technological advances illuminating them. Topics include next-generation sequencing genome assembly and annotation, transcriptomics, comparative genomics, epigenetics, repetitive sequences, noncoding DNA, and proteomics.
