(BJ, CS, FM, PJ) (MS) Topics vary by section, may be repeated for credit with different topic. Rotating topics in the business, history, or analysis of film, photography, and digital media from a variety of perspectives. Usually offered every term. Prerequisite: minimum 2.5 GPA.

The Radical Image

Students are introduced to radical artists in the fields of contemporary, post-modern and conceptual art through film making, photography and the digital arts. This course looks outside the mainstream by interpreting realism, voice, space and image. Students finish the course with a production of their own.
