Course Level: Undergraduate/Graduate
(FM) Course teaches basics of visual language and how it is used and manifested in the craft of photojournalism. Students learn the importance and power of visual image in communicating ideas and information. They develop understanding of photojournalism as a craft unto itself or as part of a progression toward video and film. Prerequisite: COMM-330/630 and minimum 2.5 GPA, or permission of instructor.
