Crisis Communication (3)
Course Level: Undergraduate/Graduate
(PC) This course examines the nature of issue and crisis management from the strategic communication perspective. Students study various issues, risk and crisis situations, as well as the current literature on strategic issue, risk, and crisis communication methods. Students develop a crisis communication plan for a chosen organization. Prerequisite: COMM-301 or COMM-640, or permission of school, and minimum 2.5 GPA.
