Political Speechwriting (3)
Course Level: Undergraduate/Graduate
This course concentrates on the basic skills of speechwriting and techniques of successful presentation and delivery. Includes guest lectures and multimedia presentations that illustrate rhetorical skills and devices used by notable and successful public speakers throughout history. Usually offered every term. Prerequisite: 6 credit hours of relevant coursework in political science or a related discipline.
