Fighting Arts of Indonesia

An introduction to Pencak Silat, the traditional fighting arts of Indonesia. Silat is a combat system that utilizes graceful and effective animal based movements for self-defense. Students learn the fundamentals of Silat and Indonesian cultural. Training aspects include physical conditioning, self-defense applications, one-on-one drills, and joint locks.
