ACE Personal Trainer Exam Preparation

This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to pass the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification Exam. The course covers anatomy, physiology, training techniques, program design, injury prevention, special populations, and motivational strategies for effective personal training. Course sessions include both classroom learning and a hands-on demo or case study that introduces a variety of equipment used to train clients.

Salsa Dancing

This course is suitable for all levels to develop the basic skills of salsa dancing. Combining physical and mental awareness, students increase balance and strength through dancing and learn basic salsa steps while increasing aerobic activity for heart health and fitness.
