Information and digital technologies have profound impacts on virtually all organizations. In this course students learn what it takes to be an effective leader in the digital economy and how organizations strategically use information and digital technologies to improve their performance. Students learn theories, principles, and applications for information resource management; e-business models; enterprise systems; digital leadership; and IT governance.
