Course Level: Undergraduate
An introduction to some of the seminal woks and issues involved in the creation of modern social science and the application of these ideas to law. Critical examination of the epistemological assumptions of these theories and whether human behavior and social relations are susceptible to rigorous scientific explanation. Usually offered every fall. Prerequisite: JLS-101.
