Managing Human Capital (3) This course introduces the strategic and functional role of human resource management in organizations, including personnel functions such as recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal, and compensation. Additionally, students gain an appreciation for organizational and legal constraints affecting managers in private, public, and not-for-profit organizations. Prerequisite: junior or senior standing.
