Leadership: Exploring Styles and Developing Competencies (3) Leadership is a creative act; bringing change, setting direction, and focusing organizational energy. This course builds skill in thinking "outside the box" and aligning with others to enact a vision of the future. Includes empowerment of middle managers, corporation/non-profit entrepreneurship, innovation, influence, charisma, and self-management, creativity and vision exercises. Prerequisite: MGMT-609 or MGMT-633.
