Course Level: Graduate

This course provides conceptual and practical grounding in the legal, human, and administrative aspects of nonprofit boards. Students explore the board/CEO relationship, different governance structures, and the best practices of good governance. Usually offered every spring. Prerequisite: PERF-570 or permission of instructor.
