Establishment and sustainability of nonprofit organizations, strategic management principles, organizational structures and processes, multiple funding sources and their impact on budget decisions, staff/board relationships, human resource practices, use of volunteers, accountability systems, and methods for determining organizational effectiveness. Usually offered every spring.
