Proseminar in Public Administration (3)

Course Level: Graduate

This course provides students with a deep understanding of the intellectual history of public administration in the United States. It analyzes the development of public administrative thought by assessing the substance, impact, and historical context of many of the classic works in the field. Usually offered every fall. Prerequisite: admission to PhD program or permission of instructor.
