Samantha has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over 7 years. She served as a Graduate Assistant for Fitness at Florida International University where she earned her Masters Degree in Sports Science. Now the Coordinator for Personal Training and Assessments here at AU, she hopes to make a positive impact by sharing her fitness knowledge and serving as a healthy role model to the AU community. Samantha specializes in strength & conditioning as well as weight-loss programs. She believes anyone can find their place in the fitness center with a little guidance and perseverance.
