Recreational Sports and Fitness (formerly Jacobs Fitness Center) is excited to reach out to you, our RecFit alum. As a past participant or employee of the department, we strive to continue to keep you connected to your alma mater.
Over the last decade, students like yourself have created lasting memories and lifelong friendships while spending time at the Jacobs Fitness Center and on the outdoor intramural fields. As we continue to grow, we want to look to our past and celebrate how far we have come in offering the best facilities and services to the AU community. Check out some ways you can stay informed and find out what's happening with AU RecFit:

Club & Staff Alumni Reception (Friday, October 16, 2015): Former and current Recreational Sports and Fitness club sports and staff gathered at Cactus Cantina to reminisce and enjoy some good food.
Club Men's Rugby Game (Sunday, October 18, 2015): Excitement was in the air as over 50 past and present Club Rugby members took to the field to engage in a battle of the ages. Team Alumni was stacked with young bucks and grizzled veterans, who had fond memories of "the glory days" and were ready to re-live them out on the field. As play commenced, AU Rugby managed to pull out the win despite an extremely aggressive game from the side of AU Alumni. A good time was had by all as the sidelines were packed with family members, fans, and many other alum that were smart enough not to re-injure themselves.
