Bio
Iulian Toader is a PhD candidate in History at the University of Bucharest in Romania. He specializes in the History of the Cold War. His thesis - 'The United States, Romania, and European Security (1969-1975)' - examines
Romania’s Western policy and the U.S.-Romanian relations in the context of the
East-West détente. His research interests include Contemporary History, Foreign Policy Analysis, International Relations Theory, Euro-Atlantic Security.


Between 2015-2016, he was the recipient of the Fulbright Student Award.
