PANELISTS:
About the Panel Discussion:
Experts on education in conflict areas will join youth
panelists who grew up in recent war and conflict zones to discuss
education and empowerment of tomorrow's children and youth.
36 million children are out of school in areas affected by war and conflict. Yet education can bring protection, stability, and the potential to start building a more peaceful and prosperous society. Just as education changes your life, it transforms the lives of children in conflict and the generations to follow.
