Due to the differences between the AU and Koç academic calendars, students are encouraged to participate in the spring semester.


Students will enroll as full-time students for one semester alongside Koç graduate students, and earn up to 9 credits toward their graduate degree from AU. Subject areas include:

  • Anatolian Civilization and Cultural Heritage
  • Comparative Politics
  • Europe in the Global Context
  • Globalization and International Relations Theory
  • International Political Economy
  • Issues in Turkish Politics
  • Politics of European Integration
  • Turkey and the Global Political Economy

Students may have the opportunity to participate in research projects with Koç faculty members on a non-credit bearing basis.

All classes are conducted in English.
