Currently, Anita Dey works with the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) as an Asia Regional Specialist. In her position, she is able to combine her interests in telecommunications regulation, technology and global affairs. Dey is responsible for the FCC's bilateral and multilateral relationships in Asia and regularly represents the FCC at meetings of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Telecommunications and Information Working Group (APEC TEL).
She also joins the Department of State for bilateral discussions of telecommunications issues with various countries. She enjoys the variety, challenge and travel.
