Student ID cards are created at the Office of Housing and Dining Programs located on the main campus on the first floor of Anderson Hall. The office is open Monday- Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 11:30am-5pm. As summer hours may be different, please contact the office before making a trip to campus for your ID.

You may also have an ID created by submitting your own electronic photo for your student ID card using the New Student Checklist on the myau.american.edu portal. In order for your card to be ready by SOC's Graduate student orientation in August, your photo must be received at least five business days before the orientation session. Submitting your photo electronically will save you the time and inconvenience of standing in line to get your picture taken on campus.
