Bio: Arthur Swift is a Senior Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at American University who specializes in Political Communications. At AU, I have taught Political Communication, Public Speaking, Crisis Communications, Public Relations Writing, and Writing for Strategic Communication. I am a Chief Communications Officer in Mayor Muriel Bowser's administration in DC.
