Richard Horowitz is an adjunct professor of Journalism. He is presently a writer for Hexagon – Washington’s only original political satirical musical comedy revue, and a commentator for Milwaukee Public Television. He has founded the “Getting Your Words’ Worth” Writing Workshop where he is a Newsroom Coach that mentors journalists worldwide. In the past, Rick has held many careers including working as a Special Assistant to Director Jean Firstenberg at the American Film Institute and as a Legislative Assistant to Majority Whip, John Brademas of the United States House of Representatives. Rick has received his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and a law degree from the New York University, School of Law.
