Angeli Gabriel, President

Angeli is in her final year as a master’s student in Film and Video. In 2008, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology. An anthropologist at heart and a filmmaker by trade, she plans on taking the documentary television industry by storm with her love of the sciences and visual storytelling. In her free time, she enjoys hip-hop dance, acting, and painting. Dinah Douglas, Vice President

Dinah is in her second year as a political communication master’s student in the School of Communication. Originally from western Maryland, she came to DC by way of Baltimore where she completed a bachelor’s in political science and English literature from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). As the Vice President of this year’s GSC, Dinah hopes to hear from students anything SOC (or politics or media or culture) related and wants to see the GSC’s role in student life grow in the best ways possible.
