Conference Room

The conference will be held in the Founders Room on the lower level of the School of International Service (SIS) Building. Metro instructions and parking information are on the following page. To get to the Founders Room, walk straight through the Main Lobby and proceed down the wide staircase. Elevator access is to the immediate right of the stairs.

Dinner Reception

The private dining room at Chef Geoff’s is reserved for our group. Dinner and drinks will be provided by the AU School of Public Affairs. Chef Geoff’s is located at 3201 New Mexico Ave., NW, just a short walk down New Mexico Ave. from the SIS Building. Parking is also available at the restaurant.


Parking is available in the Katzen Arts Center Parking Lot (Entrance on Massachusetts Avenue). To get to the SIS Building from the Katzen Lot, cross Massachusetts Avenue and then walk across the main quad (follow the arrow).

Coming from the Metro’s Red Line AU/Tenleytown Stop, take the AU Blue Route Shuttle to the Ward Building stop and walk South on Nebraska Avenue to the SIS Building.
