U.S. Ambassador Luis CdeBaca, the head of the State Department's Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons, joined the SPA Policy Forum for a conversation on trafficking.
The Ambassador talked about the extent of the human trafficking problem, and how NGOs and the private sector are working with governments around the world to help solve one of the most serious human rights problems of our generation. There was be a Q&A session following his remarks.
