Beatrice Reaud

- Ms. Reaud specializes in public budgeting and finance. She holds a Masters in Public Administration from the City University of New York, Baruch College in Manhattan, and she is presently a PhD candidate in SIS. She has professional experience as a program examiner in the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. As an OMB examiner, she worked on a team responsible for implementing the Administration's budget and management agenda on Medicaid, the largest public health insurer in the United States, which provides insurance to over 40 million people. Prior to working on health care, she was the primary liaison between OMB and domestic economic development and trade agencies at the Department of Commerce. In this capacity. Ms Reaud led budget and legislative reviews, negotiations, and program evaluation on programs totaling over $1 billion. She has also been a National Urban Rural Fellow, a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Fellow, Presidential Management Intern, and an NSEP Boren fellow.
