- Dillon Klepetar began a doctoral program in Government in 2009 after graduating St. Michael’s College with a BA in Political Science and Psychology. His dissertation (completion expected 2014) focuses on the agenda-setting power of electoral challengers in Congressional Elections. While Klepetar primarily studies American campaigns and legislative representation, he has also pursued critical research on environmental policy. His most recent project focuses on the behavioral and economic effects of the DC bag tax using quasi-experimental methods. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and the Washington Post.
