Frederick Nader

- Now in his second tour as President and CEO of the NTL Institute, Fred Nader is an independent OD consultant of long standing and a results-oriented nonprofit executive. He has a M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and a B.A. in English Literature from Boston University, where he served as a Research Fellow for the B.U. Center for Human Relations. Fred has worked with clients in all settings, with special expertise in the military. From his years as Vice President of American Management Systems, he gained a broad overview of organizational challenges and resources that he builds on in his teaching and practice. He has taught Consultation Skills and directed the Practicum for AU/NTL and in the AU/NTL-National Labor College program. Of Lebanese descent, Fred brings an important multicultural perspective to the work that students do in the International Residency, where he now teaches for AU/NTL. Fred is a founding member of the Lewin Center.
