  • William Paxton is a leading expert on ethics and the law. He counsels government officials, corporations, and their leaders on a wide range of issues including bet-the-organization ethical dilemmas, crisis management, strategic counseling, and public relations message development. He is a frequent lecturer on ethics and law at multiple venues including Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, Colgate University, and Kogod School of Business. Professor Paxton graduated cum laude from Duke Law School, Harvard University, and Colgate University. He is the Principal of Paxton Law Group, he clerked for Eighth Circuit Judge Myron H. Bright, and he practiced law at Mayer Brown and Bancroft PLLC.
