Peter Morgan is a former full-time law professor who is currently a partner in the Washington DC law firm of Blank Rome LLP. For more than 15 years, he served as the general counsel to one of Washington's largest law firms. He has published a number of articles on legal and ethical topics, and is the co-author of a book on post-Watergate ethics. His law practice has involved litigation and counseling on both civil and criminal matters, but the core of his practice in recent years has been complex dispute resolution.
