Key Programs Director Awarded Paul P. Van Riper Award for Excellence and Service

Bob Tobias, Director of the Key Executive Leadership Programs, has been awarded the Paul P. Van Riper Award for Excellence and Service by the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) for 2011. The award will be presented on Monday, March 14th, 2011 during the ASPA Awards Ceremony, held in conjunction with the ASPA's Annual Conference in Baltimore, MD.

This honor is awarded to an ASPA member who has made significant contributions to both the academic and practitioner communities of public administration. Award recipients have distinguished themselves through their current active engagement in and contributions to developing the public service of the future.

Tobias is a Distinguished Practitioner in Residence in the School of Public Affairs, Department of Public Administration and Policy, and is also the Director for the Institute for the Study of Public Policy Implementation (ISPPI).
