The AU MSOD Program is pleased to offer all MSOD students the opportunity to work with a professional coach. The Coaching Program consists of six (6) one-hour sessions over a six- to twelve-month period, at no additional cost to the students.
Since coaching has become widespread for leaders and professionals in corporate, government, educational and nonprofit organizations, engaging in your own coaching experience is a wonderful way to deepen your understanding of practices, goals, and ethics of the field. Unlike traditional academic programs, the AU MSOD Program involves significant experiential learning and has an intentional focus on Use of Self in Professional Practice.
