The Office of Special Events can provide you with information on vendors, site selection, catering, protocol, and more. Our primary role is to serve AU faculty, staff, and students with their event planning needs.

The Office of Special Events provides support and logistical assistance for a variety of campus-wide special events, including commencements, convocations, conferences, and other university ceremonies. Our primary role is to serve American University faculty, staff, and students with their event planning needs.
