Please note that students are responsible for additional costs of travel to/from Greece (from Washington, DC after a pre-departure orientation and returning to DC after the program), visa and passport fees, personal travel expenses, textbooks, lunch costs and other personal expenses.
Please review the attached Estimated Cost Guide to understand the additional personal expenses that are not factored into American University program billing. Also note that the total cost of the program will vary based on personal monthly budgets and spending habits.
The spring financial aid package that you may have received cannot be applied to the fall semester in the Mentorship Program in Greece. You may be eligible for private loans and private scholarships. Please contact an undergraduate financial aid officer in the Office of Financial Aid at (202) 885-6500 with any questions.
