Take advantage of a wonderful opportunity to study, intern, and live in Washington, D.C. for the fall semester. Brandeis University has worked with American University to create an academic and experiential program for Brandeis University Midyear students.
As you know, college is about setting the foundation for your future, and what better way to start college than in a program that places you at the intersection of an academic experience, as you intern with an organization in Washington, D.C. You can do this when you participate in the Washington Mentorship Program (WMP).
And when it’s time to join Brandeis for spring semester, you’ll leave with 16 credits that will go with you to Brandeis (so you can still be on track to graduate), real-world work experience and life-long friends and mentors.
Here are some of the comments from the fall 2013 Brandeis midyears:
- "I really enjoyed being involved in an organization that was making tangible changes in the world.”
- “It has helped me decide what direction I want my life, including my career, to go in.”
- “I got to meet a whole lot of people and working with diverse people helped me expand my network. “
