Undergraduate students who successfully complete level 5 and graduate-level students who successfully complete level 6 in ELTA do not need to take an English proficiency exam (TOEFL or IELTS) in order to apply to American University’s conditional admission programs. Students still need to submit a completed application. More information about these programs...
Students who do not meet language score requirements for the Washington Semester® Program or the Abroad at AU program may also gain conditional admission for either program upon successful completion of a semester of ELTA.
For questions about these conditional admission opportunities, please contact ELTA.
