Registration and Forms

As you prepare for the upcoming semester, there are required forms you must submit for your registration and enrollment to be processed.

Registration and Required Forms

All program registration forms must be completed online. After you place your deposit, you will have access to the following required registration forms online through your ApplySpexs portal at

• MyAU Portal Account Creation Instructions

• Course Registration Authorization

• Consent and Release

• Parking Policy Agreement

• Health Insurance Waiver/Enrollment Instructions and Mandatory Immunization Information

• Emergency Contact Information

Please note all registration started on May 1, 2014, for the Fall 2014 semester. The sooner you submit your course authorization form, the more likely you will be able to enroll in your desired elective as graduate courses do fill up quickly.

Remember your elective course should be a 500-level or above and take place after 5:00pm. To view course offerings, please visit
