Marketing Material Request Procedure SPExS

As we begin the process of building a Brand for the School of Professional and Extended Studies along with helping the marketing staff prioritize work we are instituting the following process to make marketing need requests.

Steps:

1.    Complete the online Marketing Request form
2.    Return Marketing Request Form which is sent to Director of Enrollment Management & Marketing along with Assistant Director of Recruitment and Systems
3.    Once received your project will be reviewed by Director of Enrollment Management & Marketing along with the Marketing Staff to see how the proposed time line fits into the marketing schedule.  If changes to your requested timeline must be created the Director of Enrollment Management will be in touch to discuss. 
4.    Response will be sent to you once project is completed or next step has been reached
