CTRL Research Support Workshop: Introduction to SAS (Updated 10/14/13)
4:00 pm – 5:15 pm, Wednesday, October 16 (2013), Hurst Social Science Research Classroom 202
CTRL's research support workshops are running. Join us this week for Intro to SAS. SAS is one of the most powerful general-purpose statistical programs, used widely in research and by federal agencies. SAS is particularly well suited for doing statistics with very large data sets. Designed for first time and very-new users, this workshop teaches the following basic skills: basic data management with SAS, including creating a data library and data matching and merging; running descriptive statistics; conducting bivariate analysis, including running tests and creating graphics; and conducting regression analysis and post-regression estimates and graphics. Check dates and times, read workshop descriptions, and register for attendance at: https://domino.american.edu/AU/CTRL/CTRL_TrainCal.nsf/Welcome. If you want to schedule in-class workshops for these programs or any other programs we support, please tell us about your needs here: https://american.co1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_cBZa3F5aX6N7TuJ.
