CTRL - Research Support Workshop: Intermediate MatLab (Updated 10/30/13)
CTRL's research support workshops are running. Join us today for Intermediate MATLAB. MATLAB is a high-level programming language which has been the standard in technical computing for many years. Researchers can use MATLAB for data analysis, numerical computation, optimization and visualization. In this intermediate tutorial we will illustrate how to implement some basic statistical models in the MATLAB environment. You can expect to learn more about: importing and exporting data in standard formats; writing code for a linear regression; basic plotting features; and writing code for a simple maximum likelihood model. Check dates and times, read workshop descriptions, and register for attendance at: https://domino.american.edu/AU/CTRL/CTRL_TrainCal.nsf/Welcome. If you want to schedule in-class workshops for these programs or any other programs we support, please tell us about your needs here: https://american.co1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_cBZa3F5aX6N7TuJ.
