Washington Semester Program, Washington, DC - American University
Are You a Wash Sem Alum?

More than 17,000 students have participated in the Washington Semester Program since it was introduced in 1947. Alumni of the Washington Semester serve as living proof that the program can change lives and provide ambitious college students with the tools they need to begin a career. The benefits of being a Washington Semester student are not just academic or career-oriented, though. Through the Program, students have found best friends, confidantes, and in some cases, husbands and wives.
