AhealthyU offers a variety of complimentary programs to help you incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, improve your fitness, and feel great! Classes are exclusively for faculty and staff. This yoga class meets from 12:05pm - 12:45pm. Yoga mats are provided. All levels of yoga practice welcome.
