The Biden-Harris administration has promised to deliver the most diverse administration ever. If all nominees are confirmed, 12 of the 24 offices designated as ‘Cabinet-level’ will be held by women, along with dozens of other executive office leadership positions. MJ Lee will offer an insider’s perspective to the nominations, the approval process, and the barrier-breaking impact that these women will have on President Biden’s pledge to “build back better.”
