Group Exercise Class - Barreless Barre

   This full body workout combines techniques from Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet! Barre focuses on high repetitions of small range movements utilizing your body weight. Open to all levels. Participants must bring own equipment (ie. workout/yoga mat).
   All outdoor classes are open to students currently enrolled in Spring 2021. To reserve your spot, register your account with IMLeagues using your American University email address. Reservations open at 8am, 7 days in advance.
